Who We Are

Youth Ambitions began in 2022 as a simple Instagram page with a mission to showcase the talents of young athletes and models. What started as a platform to highlight their incredible achievements quickly evolved into something much bigger. By 2023, we sponsored our first athlete for his wrestling season, and Youth Ambitions was officially born.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve supported over 40 athletes across various sports and currently sponsor 4 amazing individuals on an ongoing basis. Our mission is clear: to help youths aged 5-17 discover and pursue their passions. Whether it’s a sport, an activity, or a community program, we’re committed to being there every step of the way, helping them achieve their dreams.

We don’t just share stories; we help create them. Over the years, Youth Ambitions has proudly sponsored athletes in sports such as football, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), wrestling, Muay Thai, and boxing. What sets us apart is our unique approach; we don’t simply provide clothing, items, or equipment. Instead, we offer direct financial support and cover tournament entry fees, ensuring athletes can focus on excelling in their sport without the burden of financial stress.

Getting started wasn’t easy. As Noah, our founder, recalls: “I remember being stuck at just over 500 followers for months. Then, one day, things suddenly took off, and we quickly grew to 2,000 followers!” Since then, our growth has been nothing short of inspiring. In May 2024, we hit a major milestone, reaching 10,000 followers, a testament to the power of our mission and community. But we’re not stopping there; we continue to grow every day, expanding our impact and touching more lives.

A highlight of our journey was hosting our first event for the Genesis BJJ Academy in São Paulo, Brazil. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together athletes, families, and friends to celebrate their hard work and dedication. Our Impact

When Youth Ambitions first began, we had no idea just how far we would go or how many lives we could change. We also didn’t realize how many people we would have to turn away due to limited resources. Yet, that’s exactly what drives us; the knowledge that there are countless youths out there who still need help. While we may not be able to assist everyone, every sponsorship and connection we make is a step toward creating meaningful change. To date, we’ve supported over 40 athletes across the globe, and our reach continues to grow daily.

One of the most inspiring stories from our journey is that of Gabriel Bastida, who said:
"I am incredibly grateful to Youth Ambitions. Thanks to your support, I’m able to compete in major world championships. Your backing is essential to my daily progress."

While our impact grows, we also face significant challenges. As of November 2024, Youth Ambitions remains a one-person operation with no external funding or income streams. Despite having an incredible community behind us, the financial aspect of running the organization has been our greatest hurdle. To address this, we’ve focused on creative solutions like monthly photo contests, challenges, and raffles through our social media platforms. These initiatives are designed not just to build engagement but also to generate much-needed funds for sponsorships and future events.

Our impact extends beyond the athletes we sponsor; it touches everyone involved, including us. Noah, the founder of Youth Ambitions, reflected:
"It’s silly, but I get so happy over the little things, featuring an athlete on our page or just someone agreeing to participate. For me, it’s the small moments that matter most."

As we continue this journey, we know the road ahead will be challenging. We dream of being noticed by major event organizers and brands, creating partnerships that could amplify our work. But for now, every small victory fuels our commitment to make a difference. The future holds endless possibilities, and we’re just getting started. What Makes Us Unique

When we first started out, we weren’t doing anything that hadn’t already been done; like sharing stories and celebrating achievements. While those are meaningful, we realized early on that we wanted to do more. The question became: How can we go beyond recognition and provide real, tangible support? Without physical items or surplus resources to give, we decided to focus on what we could provide direct financial support and a relentless drive to make this non-profit a success.

What sets us apart is our personalized approach to helping athletes. Many brands provide support by offering clothing or equipment, which is undeniably helpful, but often limited in scope. At Youth Ambitions, we prioritize direct support tailored to the needs of each individual. Instead of giving athletes items they may already have or not require, we focus on what truly makes a difference. Whether that’s covering tournament entry fees, purchasing specific equipment, or helping fund training expenses. This approach ensures our support is practical and meaningful, making a lasting impact on their journeys.

Meet the Founder

Hi, my name is Noah Atchison, and I’m the 20-year-old founder of Youth Ambitions. Growing up, I didn’t have access to the support or opportunities that so many take for granted. I never got the chance to participate in any sports or activities, even though I loved playing football and was known for being solid in defence. While my friends joined clubs, attended training sessions, and travelled to games, I was at home, unable to take part. Despite countless requests to my parents, financial constraints and logistical challenges meant that my passion for sports was put on hold.

In 2022, I had an idea to start an Instagram page showcasing athletes and models, with the simple goal of motivating people to get involved in sports or activities. That small idea evolved into something much bigger: Youth Ambitions. For months, I toyed with the concept, unsure of whether it could become a reality, but eventually, I took the leap and made it happen. Even while working at a supermarket, I couldn’t stop thinking about the potential impact Youth Ambitions could have; providing the support that I, and so many others, needed growing up.

For me, success isn’t about fancy clothes or material possessions. It’s about creating opportunities and making a difference in the lives of young people and their families. I’m inspired every day by the incredible youths we support. Watching them compete, grow, and learn; especially when they face challenges and come back stronger, its what drives me. Their determination reminds me why I started this journey.

Whether you’re a parent trying to give your child the best opportunities or a young person looking for a chance to pursue your passion, we’re here to help. Our mission is to take some of the stress off your shoulders and show you that there’s always support out there, ready to cheer you on.

The future of Youth Ambitions is full of promise, and we’re excited to share some of the plans that will help us create even greater impact:

  • Documentary Series:
    We’re working on a series of documentaries, each dedicated to a specific athlete and their journey. These stories will showcase their triumphs, challenges, and aspirations, providing a platform to inspire others. Our aim is to highlight the hard work and dedication it takes to achieve success, while also bringing visibility to those working toward their dreams. The documentaries will be released on YouTube, making them accessible to everyone in our community.

  • Community Events:
    We’re exploring new ways to bring people together, inspired by the success of our São Paulo celebration. While the details are still in development, we envision events that foster connection, celebrate achievements, and provide opportunities for mentorship and growth.

  • Expanding Sponsorships:
    Collaboration is key to our growth. We’re open to partnering with individuals, organizations, and ideas that align with our mission. Whether it’s supporting athletes in wrestling, gymnastics, art, or any other activity, we’re committed to being inclusive and adaptable. No sport or activity is off the table.

  • The Ultimate Goal:
    One of our biggest dreams is to open a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym that serves as a hub for youth development and community building. This space would welcome athletes from various sports, including wrestling, judo, Muay Thai, and more. Beyond training, the gym could host workshops, tournaments, and community events, offering a space where young people can grow, learn, and connect.

    We encourage you to reach out and share your story or your child’s journey. Every story matters, and your support helps us build a stronger, more connected community. Additionally, through monthly raffles, challenges, and campaigns, we aim to create more ways for you to be a part of this growing movement.
